I signed up for a free 3 day trial. I sent a message to their customer service on the second day of my free trial asking them to cancel my trial and to please not charge my card. They did anyway. TWICE. When I posted a comment on here on someone else’s complaint (SAME EXACT COMPLAINT), I received an email that night from an Angel. SHe apologized and said she would refund me my $. I asked for confirmation #s of the transactions. She said she didn’t have any but she did copy/paste some transaction information that look like a legitimate credit. My credit union takes no more than 24 hours to post deposits. I’m still waiting for my refund. Others say they’re promised a refund but never get it. Anyone ever actually get a refund badoo android from them?
To the sugardaddyforme cs read what you wrote. 1/ just full of lies. I want my money back now. Because you had no right to take it.
The same exact thing happened to me. I have been trying to reach these people for 3 days! to cancel this stupid 3 day trial. this site is bogus. I have send numerous emails and have called, no answer and their answering machine is full!? They bait and switch you.

SugarDaddyForMe – Billing/Customer service
Pretty much same as others. I’ve been charged a total of $ ($ x two months) even though I’ve repeatedly emailed/voicemailed them to cancel my subscription within the three day trial period. If anyone from this site wants to respond, my user name is kgomez325. Please be assured that this complaint will also go to BBB, FTC and any other review websites that I can find. This site is fradulent and nothing but scammers!
I have been cancelling with these guys for three weeks now in their policy it says that they will process it with 24-72hours. I have been looking on-line about this issue and a Lot of people are getting scammed the same way. I really need my money and for them to stop my account Today. I just don’t understand it.

I had the EXACT same experience as the others. I canceled my “free trial” the same day I signed up and was billed anyway. When I emailed twice, called two different numbers and emailed again, I got nothing. I will dispute the charge, and will complain about the fraudulent billing as well. They are CLEARLY purposely billing people knowing they have canceled. One of their numbers even leads to a paid directory assistance number! There is no customer service department, only billing. What a mess.
I had the same issue! They billed me after I canceled I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Look at the BBB site see all the complaints.
SugarDaddyForMe – Fraud
I should have checked this board long ago – the company does not reply to email for phone requests to cancel an account. They continue to fraudulently charge your credit card whether you ask them to cancel or not. Beware!
Sugardaddyforme is a website bringing together older men of means with younger women. While the site itself lives up to what is expected, the company has zero customer service and consistently ignores any calls or emails regarding problems with the site or with billing. I have been a long time paid member. Recently my account access has been downgraded to that of a free membership despite the fact that the company has received my monthly payment of $. I have placed 5 telephone calls (leaving voicemails) and have written 10 emails. (This is not an exageration.) Despite their promise to respond to all emails and customer service issues within 48 hours (which itself is an abysmal response time), they have not responded at all – totally ingnoring all communications. I have read on this site and on others the many complaints against this company, most of them involving fraudulent billing. I have pleaded with these people to simply provide me with the service for which I have paid and I still can’t get a response. I can only assume then that all of the other fraud complaints are indeed accurate. I am both baffled by and extremely irritated by this company’s attitude and treatment of their customers.
